Koral Ergut brings over 26 years of experience in the food and airline industries to ecoana. He is responsible for developing innovative food concepts that align with market trends and ecoana’s sustainability goals. Koral ensures all products meet the highest food safety and quality standards through rigorous audits, combining his expertise in meal presentations, catering management, and food design with strict safety protocols.
